These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk taka and every user ("member") or visitor of this platform. By using the tk taka website and related services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning in that example, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering is required.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses have a specific time limit for claiming; once the time passes, the bonus expires
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first
• Restrictions may apply on certain games — check the bonus conditions
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
• tk taka reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

All bets and gaming activity on tk taka are conducted at the member's own decision and responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.1 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any bet or game is affected by a server error, network problem, or other technical reason, tk taka reserves the right to void or correct that transaction.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods
• Colluding with other members to place bets
• Attempting to influence game outcomes in any way
• Abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts

6.3 Responsible Gaming

tk taka may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

7.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. However, if a member voluntarily closes their account, any valid balance free of wagering requirements will be returned.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. tk taka will reach out regarding inactive accounts and, if a balance exists, offer the opportunity to reactivate.

All content on the tk taka website — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — belongs to tk taka or its affiliated entities. Reproducing, redistributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Games and content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, etc.) are entirely the intellectual property of their respective owners.

tk taka will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by network issues or internet outages
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers
• Loss caused by the member's own mistake or negligence
• Loss resulting from a breach of account security (where the breach was caused by the member)
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government orders, or pandemics

9.1 Maximum Liability

In any case, tk taka's liability to a specific member will be limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the most recent 30 days.

tk taka reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notification on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the updated Terms. It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.
